We were casually on the look out for a house when we met Christine at an open house and was surprised at how detailed and patient she was. Christine put in extra effort to make sure we were equipped with all the details about the houses we were interested in and also when viewing the houses she would point out certain aspects about the house that can be known only through experience which was really helpful. She was able to find us an off market house in the school district we wanted and in our budget. She made the whole home buying process really smooth for us. She is awesome.

Christine Hsu is an amazing person to work with. She was our agent when we sold our home in Cupertino, and bought a house in San Jose in 2021. She did a fantastic job on both ends; she ensured the house was in top condition prior to putting in market and had a deal completed in a matter of two weeks.
On the buying front, she clearly understood our "vague" requirements: both tangible and intangible. She asked pointed questions in clearly defining our search criteria, without biasing or pressurizing us. She then would identify multiple properties (that fell within our criteria) patiently accompanied us showing them, describing both pluses and minuses.
Simply stated in a single sentence, we would not have succeeded in selling and in buying without her. The best part, even after our purchase was completed she would call us periodically to ensure everything is fine.
